About Simply Slim

Simply Slim opened in 2004 with the vision of helping people to look healthy and beautiful from the inside out in a natural, holistic way. We opened our first store in San Jose and grew steadily there for more than six years. We relocated to our current Sunnyvale location in October of 2010. Our new store has much more space, is beautifully and elegantly designed, and has convenient access and easy parking. We extended our service to include massage with 10 to 20 massage therapists now working with our team. We've learned a lot, worked a lot, and achieved a lot.

Simply Slim attracts outstanding professionals who are respectful, knowledgeable, intelligent and who work together to provide an outstanding customer experience. The business has been growing continuously. We truly love what we are doing.

Simply Slim provides very specialized body wraps, organic skin care and massage. We constantly study and develop new techniques and ingredients. We have a strong passion for herbs, leafs, plants and vegetables. We believe in the science of green and the power of nature. We do all this so our customers get the best possible results. That's what makes Simply Slim so special. We put our heart and soul into our customer service. We honor your trust and your support.

In 2006, we received readers "The best spa in Silicon Valley" from voters in Wave.

In 2008 Simply Slim was nominated by KRON 4 TV as "Best of the bay".

In 2011 Simply Slim won the "the Best Body Wrap in Northern California" from KRON 4 TV.

Cancellation Policy

The credit card used to hold your appointment will be charged in the event of a cancellation.

1. 24 hour cancellation policy : A $49.00 cancellation fee PER SERVICE will be charged if there is a reschedule or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice
(This does NOT exclude Sundays).

2. With no shows the ENTIRE amount will be charged to your credit card.

3. All packages expire within 8 months. We want you to get great results; and if you spread it out too much, the results will not be as good. Sorry, we do not give refunds ( a refund is not the same as a cancellation).
